We are a Christmas tree factory. We have around 100 hard-working employees who take sheets of PVC (imagine a thicker, stiffer, much larger roll of plastic wrap) and use special machines to slit them into tiny strips to emulate pine needles, then wind them around wires to create tree tips.

Our talented employees use wire and string to bind the tips to a branch, then attach them with hinges to the pole. Many trees also have lights, which are expertly strung and tested before the tree is packaged and shipped.

Since trees are made from common components, we don’t really have minimum order quantities, but we do require a full container shipment. Containers hold about 300 full size trees, but depending on the tree, the capacity can vary widely. We can mix any of our items together and we can help with quantities to maximize container space.
